“We wanted something within walking distance of the Old Market shops and restaurants. Very convenient with a parking garage. Staff were friendly. Everything was very clean and comfortable.”

“Dog on my floor that was barking a lot. Was told they try to keep dogs off 3rd floor - I b was on the second floor. Big step to get onto shower- not great for an older person,”

“First and foremost, staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was good, for the price of the room/stay. Hotel and rooms were outdated and not very well maintained. Sofa bed was horrible and hard to sleep on even for little ones. No paid parking or validation was the most disappointing aspect, but I should have looked at that more closely when deciding where to stay. Overall it was an okay stay! We'll definitely try somewhere else next time.”

“Great location and kind staff. The ice machines were painfully slow to fill from. We tried the machines on multiple floors. The air conditioning couldn't get the room temp below 74 even with the blinds shut”

“The room was very nice. The Starbucks party for breakfast was not a very good option. The ice machine on the BR level was broken, which is the only one you can use before 8am.”

“Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking is great and easily accessible. Really can’t beat the location! All of Old Town shops and restaurants are within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the Omaha Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“Pool was very small, cold, sand in the bottom and pool grates on the bottom that were painful if you stepped on them. No hot tub, filled in with cement. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Location not the best. Also have to wait and see if I get charges credited back to my account as I had parking charges "pending" double the amount of the cost.”
