“I don't stay at a lot of American hotels, but I assume this is typical of the experience. Having said that, I had no complaints: big, clean room, friendly staff, pleasant, efficient airport shuttle. I counted, and for some reason the room offered 20(!) electrical outlets. Very pleasant stay!”

“I was initially assigned a room that was clearly not cleaned from the previous guest. After a long day, I had to return to the front desk, where I was reassigned to a different room farther away. Unfortunately, that room was also not properly cleaned, as there was still trash left behind from the previous guest.
