“The room was not cleaned 2 days of our stay. We had to ask to have the room vacuumed The staff do not even acknowledge you. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with coffee supplies Very poor housekeeping ”

“They charge a fee if you check in before 4. We got there at 340 & they charged us $15 because we were 20 minutes early. Duh BS. Never had a hotel do that. Get to the room & there’s a big old cigarette burn on our comforter which was uncalled for. Some of the bedsheets were white while others not so white from being oops. It’s an older hotel but clean otherwise. Food was delicious. Don’t get there before 4 folks!! ”

“I was there for the pool. It was closed. I also had no way of contacting the property before hand. The staff was aware of both issues.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

“The bed sheets were dirty and even had hair in them my original room I could not have cause it had a water leak in the floor of some sort. Then two days after I’m in the second room I wake up in the morning to water all over the floor. I told front desk and left for 12 hours when I came back there was no change. I checked out immediately and forfited the money I had already paid for the rest of the week. No rembursment. Bad experience ”

“The local area had lot's of choices for food and shopping. The staff was alright about my pet. At night, there was alot going on in the parking lot at night after midnight and no one seemed compelled to do anything about it. The room was nice, and the inside was nice. ”

“Overall very good in all categories. Only dislike was I thought the bed and pillows were too hard. Excellent breakfast for a hotel.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”
