"La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole, il frigo bar molto ben fornito, anche se gli ultimi due giorni non è stato ripristinato quanto avevamo consumato. La colazione molto soddisfacente, buona varietà di cibo salato con delle uova in camicia semplicemente eccezionali!! Il vero punto forte è però il personale. Nella sala colazione abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Paulo, che è stato estremamente gentile e piacevole. Ore dopo il check-out, poi, abbiamo scoperto di aver lasciato nella cassaforte degli oggetti personali molto importanti: tornati in hotel, la piccola emergenza è stata gestita in modo impeccabile e con estrema gentilezza dal personale del front desk, che ha risolto il nostro problema in pochi minuti, permettendomi di recuperare quanto lasciato in stanza."
