Staff are very polite and warm and mr kishan the chef went out of his way with his team members to cater to my culinary requirements. I had stayed there 10 years back and it has only necome better.”

“Centrally Located though room rate is too expensive. I don't think it's worth paying more than Rs. 5,000 a night including breakfast and all the taxes. Food is excellent in Hotel. Breakfast and lunch and dinner was excellent and worth paying every penny”

“Excellent Hotel wot great staff. food was awesome. The only negative was we are lunch outside at 2pm, and we passed our table twice, at 5pm and 6pm, and we noticed that it had not been cleaned. Even the bow that my pet had used was not washed till evening.”

“Very courteous staff.... My pet was also very well taken care of... Staff went out of their way in cooking special food for my pet... Good job by the entire team...”

“Place is not as per the description. Rooms described a delux room but it was an ordinary room and blanket they have given was not clean. Staff services was so poor. TV, WiFi was not working even after complaint they didn’t solve the issue. Overall extremely worst experience. I want compensation for this now”

“Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs.
