“This is my first time staying at this hotel. I like the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I think the front desk needs more attention. I had a problem with the TV remote. I went downstairs personally and spoke to the clerk. He said there will be housekeeping coming to my room in five minutes but no one shows up. It will also be nice if they give us a copy of shuttle schedule. We will also did not greet by our last name or first name.”

“I was incorrectly charged for an international phone call I did not make! The staff refused to let me leave and were extremely unhelpful. I had just had surgery on my foot and they said they wanted £300 for a wheelchair. We then asked for help with our bags due to my surgery and they said they didn’t have anyone to help until 7pm… it was 4pm. Just extremely unhelpful, I have complained to the hotel asking for a refund for the call and they are yet to respond.”

“l'hotel è a tsing Yi una isola serparata da Kowloon e HK island. hotel è carino ma le camere sono un pò neglette e meriterebbero un pò più di cura. la stanza era decente e il letto comodo. un pò difficile da raggiungere, ma c'è un pratico bus locale (numero 88F) che dalla stazione metro porta direttamente all'hotel. l'hotel offre anche un pratico bus navetta per gli ospiti che porta direttamente alla stazione. Questo hotel potrebbe essere fantastico se le camere fossero curate leggermente...

“樓下對面有24HR711，我們到旅館的時間已經凌晨兩點了，按門鈴老闆娘有來開門，提醒下次如果要那麼晚到，要事先通知，訂了兩間三人房，房間一張單人床/一張小張雙人床，一間在14F，一間在15F，15F房間兩張床上有許多螞蟻。其他尚可。住宿地理位置是好位置，附近就有地鐵站。如果只來吃東西，不求舒適，可以考慮。就很方便~”
