“My wife and I were given a bedroom where the bed was right next to the glass pane of the window. After I have complained and asked to change room, I could sense that the hotel staff were trying to fob me off. After I have mentioned that we're regular customers and have stayed in Alva hotel every year since 2016, they were still very reluctant to change until I have provided the dates of stay, the hotel eventually promised to change. Alva never values old regularly customers. ”

“La camera era ampia, aveva una bella vista ed era arredata con gusto finissimo e fornita di ogni accessorio che potesse essere utile. La climatizzazione era silenziosissima ed efficiente; il letto ampio e comodissimo. Il personale era gentile e discreto e parlava bene inglese. Il complesso forniva molte opportunita' di svago (spa, fitness...) di cui per ragioni di tempo non ho usufruito.”

“部屋はコンパクトでしたが清潔感もありよかったです。ベッドが高くて下が収納になっていました。登り降りが少し面倒でした。充電もUSBがAタイプ、Cタイプ付いていて便利でした。”

“Sapevamo bene che non fosse lo Sheraton di Hong Kong ma ritrovarsi in uno stabile claustrofobico e fatiscente, incastonati in una camera 2x2 metri con lavandino e waterclosed dentro la gabina doccia è stato terrificante. La direttrice dell'albergo ci ha promesso un giorno di rimborso spese visto che l'avevamo preventivamente contattata per un ritardo di 24 ore del nostro arrivo, ma al momento del check out ha fatto orecche da mercante e non ci ha rimborsato un bel niente, che dire, il Fortune...

“The whole 11th floor from corridor to room has a strong smell of SWEAT just like inside a gymnasium in a secondary school. It is quite annoying from time to time. The 6th floor, the self laundry floor, is more pleasant with the help of strong laundry washing power odor.”

“l'hotel è a tsing Yi una isola serparata da Kowloon e HK island. hotel è carino ma le camere sono un pò neglette e meriterebbero un pò più di cura. la stanza era decente e il letto comodo. un pò difficile da raggiungere, ma c'è un pratico bus locale (numero 88F) che dalla stazione metro porta direttamente all'hotel. l'hotel offre anche un pratico bus navetta per gli ospiti che porta direttamente alla stazione. Questo hotel potrebbe essere fantastico se le camere fossero curate leggermente...
