“Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken.”

“Very disappointing experience, especially for families travelling with infants. Unfortunately, this was the only negative part of our Hawaii trip. Communication regarding the authorization hold was inconsistent at check-in, which created unnecessary confusion and stress.
