“We were so happy when we drove up to the inn and saw how it has maintained its historical feel. And once we were inside we loved it. Beautifully decorated with antiques and pictures of the inn from early 1900’s and paying homage to the Yurok Indian tribe. The rooms were so clean and decorated so beautifully and you felt like you’d stepped back in time. Updated perfectly but has maintained the historical importance. It was magical! “We fish this area a couple times a year and this place is perfect for a couple of guys who fish 12 hours days for 3 days and need a clean place to sleep. Staff has alway been great, and rooms always clean, don’t leave any thing your car of value, because it won’t be there in the morning. ”

“Decomposing bathroom sink and mirror. Primary exit door inoperative due to broken lock and handle, making emergency escape from that exit impossible. Not an issue during my stay since there was no life-threatening emergeny during my stay. Check-in was via a remotely manned kiosk in lobby. Efficent, but somehow in hospitable. ”

“Plenty of parking in lot out front. Conveniently located. Room was cleaned ok. The floor could have been cleaned better. Appreciated the bag racks to help bring things inside. 30 min from fern canyon. 1 hr from Harris Beach (Oregon). 2 min from a Drive thru tree. And one of the cheapest gas stations next door. ”

La stanza è pulita, ma avrebbe necessità di una risistemata, Il bagno è piccolissimo e la vasca con la tenda lo occupano quasi tutto. Il lavandino è in camera ed è minuscolo. Il letto comodo. La colazione ottima, al di sopra delle aspettative e giustifica in parte il prezzo che è da hotel e non da motel!!”

“This hotel has amazing potential - but it needs significant work on the basic conditions. It is over 100 years old and in need of a full restoration of all basic infrastructure and all new FF&E. It is not appropriately priced for the condition. I for one, would love to be a GM of the restoration and see what would be possible. ”
