“We never received an additional deposit they required at time of check in even though our room was paid in full and card on file. It was an additional 68$. Then we were charged $12 for the two small bottled waters in our room. We won’t be back. ”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean, ice machine worked and air was cold enough. Tv had channels that actually had something on I'd watch. Breakfast was there, juice was warm, they had no extra pillows when I asked.”

We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. “New hotel not much to say everything is nice and clean and quiet staff all was friendly, breakfast is always good and planty for everyone. . Getting in and out the driveway is a real pain in the butt but over all 👍”
