“Great room on the first floor, easy check-in and very quiet. Always my go to when I’m home in Lima.”

“My room was clean, but the one Mattress was completely unusable with big grooves in it where people had been sleeping for probably 100 years. The bathtub did not drain. There was dog poop all over the grounds surrounding the hotel that nobody had picked up. It would be a lot smarter for them to put up some poop stations for people who are unprepared and don’t bring a bag to clean up. “The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t...

“The facility was very dirty. Bugs were everywhere, even in the rooms and showers. Opening and closing the doors made so much noise. The breakfast could’ve been better if there were no flys around. I understand there was construction going on but then you keep the customers away from that floor or atleast give them rooms that aren’t affected by it. The best part of the whole experience was the waffle maker. Other than that NEVER staying there again.”

“The woman at the front desk for check-in was so nice, helpful and informative. She had no issue when I returned to the desk with two bath towels and a hand towel that appeared to still be dirty. The room was FREEZING and smelled like stale pot smoke. One bed had holes in the sheets and "comforter." The beds were way too squishy. When I sat on the edge, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. “Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The facility was very well maintained, easy to find, and had good access to eateries and highways. The room was very comfortable and quiets as well.”

“It was terrible it took like three minutes to get my hair wet in the shower. I have short hair and black mold on the ceiling,dirty toilet, stains on the sheets and no smoking room. Guess what if you don't smoke you will get a room with burn holes in the floor and smoke smell.”
