“Staff was courteous. Room was very comfortable. Wait to check in was a bit long, but we checked in at busy time.”

“Didn’t like that there was restaurants in hotel rather than breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Got locked out of room day of checkout almost 2 hours before checkout time. Had to have staff reopen it because they couldn’t get me a new a key that worked. Staff was very helpful. Overall stay was good”

“Clean Room, A/C worked well this time, Staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty good, parking is good, bummed the hot tub didn’t work this time. A couple weeks back when I was there the hot tub worked but the jets didn’t work. ”

“The property was clean, in a good area, close to a lot of amenities. Staff was friendly, check in was quick. The room was clean, bed was comfortable.”

“We stayed 3 nights and rooms are cleaned every other day. On our second day the room was not cleaned they just switched towels. I reported to the front desk and the response was I heard that from another guest. I like this hotel chain…do better!”

“Beautiful hotel. Did not receive the room I reserved online. Walls are thin, in my room I could hear the people in lobby along with the music they play over the speakers in the lobby, which was kind of weird. Lots of cute sitting spots around for someone to have a private conversation. Great Starbucks attached to hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant/bar was decent, it did get very crowded and noisy but they have a great outdoor patio. The room was very night and comfortable. ”

“There was no body lotion in my room. I asked for it to be delivered, and they never delivered it. The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt.”
