“Joseph was amazing! He switched the rooms quickly and without hassle when there was an issue. The beds were comfy and the food was pretty good at the buffet breakfast.”

“Property was under construction, but what was done was nice. There was a lacrosse team that was staying there and the children were very rowdy during the stay and at the pool maybe some stricter rules on parents watch in their children.”

“The bathroom in our room was awful. The tile was broken, toilet was loose and the shower had mold. We asked for our room to be cleaned daily. It was not. Tried to phone the front desk, the phone didn't work. Had to go down and talk with the front desk. They didn't really care and gave us towels.”

“Since this hotel seems to be designed for potential long-term staying there wasn’t really a real comfortable place to sit. The couch is fine but it needs a nice comfortable chair like a recliner that You can lean back and have your feet up.”

“The hotel is very clean and the room we stayed in was comfortable. The staff at check in were super nice and informative. Check in was fast and easy. The location is very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and major highways. We would stay at this location again. Highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay!”

“We were traveling with our dog and the staff at Spark were very welcoming. The breakfast had a nice selection and the breakfast room was kept very clean and well stocked. Our room was comfortable and clean but there were a couple of broken floor tiles in the bathroom and it appeared the robe hook on the back of the bathroom door had been pulled out (there was a hole in the door). The staff were all very friendly and helpful.”

“The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is mainly because there were audio issues with the TV on all stations. They said it was a system problem and most likely not going to be fixed before I leave. I stayed 3 nights and it was rough trying to watch tv. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was pretty boring. Cereal, juice, milk, toaster waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Was the same each day except every other day it was turkey sausage or...

“Lots of snack choices. Large containers of ice cream would be nice. NOT LIKE 1. No waste basket by the mic.refridge.kitchen workspace 2. NO TV CHANNELS! 3. Would have been very nice when both the individuals I spoke with actually knew what no t v channels meant. Bringing me up, a list of channels?Does absolutely no good when there are NO CHANNELS. ALL I GOT WAS A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THERE WAS NO ANTENNA.NO INTERNET NO ANYTHING. Neither the manager nor the individual I spoke with on Wednesday...

“Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation.”
