“This cabin is absolutely perfect! It is very clean and cozy, and is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the secluded location yet it is close enough to everywhere we had planned to go. The owner does an excellent job of communicating important information...better than any others that I have experienced. We really hope to return to the area in the future and will definitely be staying here again!”

To make this Safari weekend complete, we were visited by a buck, doe and fawns who wandered around the lawn and fields, munching and playing. We can’t add much more than what is already in other reviews - a great cabin for access to everything in the area!”

“If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!”

“My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate...
