“When we arrived, we were given a room that was already occupied. This was very concerning and uncomfortable. Fortunately, the other guest was clothed and understanding. “I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty.
