Questa casa urbana 4 Br / 3Ba ha molte eleganti funzionalità aggiornate con un enorme spazio esterno, tra cui un involucro a doppio strato attorno al ponte, con una veranda protetta, una vasca idromassaggio e un grill a gas. C'è un semicingolato di pallacanestro, un campo giochi e un pozzo del fuoco nel cortile sul retro. Nuovo sistema di riscaldamento / aria con comandi a tutti i livelli della casa per il massimo comfort. Nuovo tappeto nelle camere da letto.
 4 ampie camere da letto includono:
  La camera da letto principale con un letto pillow-top queen ha una zona spogliatoio separata e il bagno padronale una vasca idromassaggio.
La camera da letto # 2 ha 2 letti singoli e un comodo divano
Camera da letto # 3 ha letto matrimoniale con materasso memory foam. e un pack-n-play con altri oggetti perfetti per un bambino (sedile gonfiabile, walker, giocattoli e coperte)
 La camera da letto n. 4 è isolata al piano di sotto, potrebbe essere considerata una seconda camera da letto principale con un letto queen-pillow-top e un bagno con doccia della porta accanto.

Le vetrate nella zona colazione offrono una vista maestosa sulle montagne di Hot Springs. Inoltre, ha una sala da pranzo formale. Came down for a family vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a huge success as we all had back issues from driving all day. Very easy to get to the Bathhouse Row to explore. The only thing we had to really buy except our food was aluminium foil and kleenex(allergy season). If it wasn't so muggy out, the back deck would have been perfect to just hang out and enjoy.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home is not only spacious and family-friendly but also packed with thoughtful amenities that made our trip unforgettable. The hot tub was a standout feature, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. There was also a great children's areas outside, as well as a firepit. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s centrally located near great shopping and dining options, making it easy to grab a meal or shop for necessities. Being just 5 minutes from downtown and the casino was a huge bonus—we could enjoy the excitement of the city without having to deal with long drives.The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.If you’re looking for a place that’s convenient, relaxing, and perfect for families, this property checks all the boxes.

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving here! They had everything we needed! We had kids aged 6-18, dog, and adults and it was super nice since there was something for all ages. The hot tub and fire pit were a HUGE highlight! We went into town for an evening to watch a movie and walk around downtown and I loved how close we were to everything. Everyone said they would stay here again!!

The house initially seemed pretty good. It was reasonably clean and had a large deck and yard that was good for hanging out. However, we found multiple bed bugs in the queen bed in the upstairs bedroom on the right. We immediately left and had to rent a hotel. The owner issued a refund for our stay, but the infestation needs to be professionally treated before allowing additional renters.

They really need a hand rail going down the stairs to the living room. My 86 year old mother missed the step and fell. Not hurt just shook up.

I have a large family and it isn't always easy to find a rental thats big enough. This property was perfect and all of the teenagers felt like they had their own space. The property has an excellent location, has been well-maintained, and the property owner was easy to reach if we had any questions. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was a great place not far from the attractions we planned. The house was very large and allowed planty of room for all guests to be able to be comfortable. The backyard patio was very nice place to relax abd enjoy the scenary. The playground is a plus for kids as well as the fenced in yard for pets. Donna was always available to answer any questions we had. Great stay! Awesome for large groups.

A very big home. A really great value, so expect some dated details. Couches were brand new. All living room seats recline. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of outside room. Dining seating was ample and comfortable. The hot tub was a pleasure. Washer and dryer worked effectively. The home is on a dead-end street, and neighbors are very quiet. There are some barking dogs and some activity out of a fire substation, but mostly very peaceful and private. DISH: I couldn't figure out how to use the TV to stream, so purchased a universal remote. Getting anywhere was easy. I went to downtown, Lake Ouchita, Entergy Park, Oaklawn, YMCA, and ER at St. Vincent. I'm so glad that an ER was close. Some items not there that we needed: colander or strainer, scissors, paper and pen. Donna left plenty of restaurant coupons and suggestions. I made some meals. The kitchen was well-stacked, but people haven't been taking care of the none-stick pots; they were terriblely scratched. There was a cast iron pan. Donna was always quickly responsive and polite. Only one TV is hooked up. There is a tv downstairs hooked up to DVD player. My son used his PS to stream. If I were to go back to Hot Springs, I 'd choose the same place.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The property had everything we needed and provided some additional touches that made our visit even more pleasant. We had a dog and large kennel was provided. We had brought one, but having the large kennel spoiled our dog. The yard, deck and Hot Tub were amazing and made the experience even better. This is probably one of the best rentals we have stayed at. We are hoping to come back sometime next year, if possible. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
