Case in affitto a Hot Springs Village

“It is a very nice new property. Check in was smooth with no issues. Once we got in we noticed fairly quickly that housekeeping was not good. There was hair in the showers and hair in the king bed. There were towels on the towel bars but when the wife opened the main floor vanity there were dirty towels in it.Not an ideal situation for sure. We had no place else to go. I sent a message to the host and they apologized profusely and thanked me for letting them know. That was it. No offer of sending...

“I really appreciated that this rental offered 1 night stay minimum that accommodated my family and dog. It was also easy getting in contact with the property manager to request an early check-in. Overall, the place was clean and neighborhood quiet. The beds were a little uncomfortable for our liking, but nothing that would hinder us from staying here again in the future. Thank you! ”

“Great little Townhome! Awesome deck and view!”

“This was a great place to vacation. The cleanliness of the rental was exceptional. Communication was flawless. The bed was comfortable. The linens were nice. The towels were fluffy. Overall, just a great experience. One thing I would mention is the walk down to the water is very, very, very, steep. It’s definitely not for everyone. But once you got down there it was beautiful and the little dock was a great place to hold a pole and fish for a little bit.”

“The host had dog beds available which was a sweet surprise. We enjoyed the porch and the enclosed sunroof. It also has a nice view to the golf course.”

“Nice home. My son loved playing foosball!”

“It was beautiful and relaxing. Everything you need in a kitchen and throughout is provided. Excellent communication with host as well as quick responses to any of my questions.”

“The property is beautiful, has everything you need, and Chris is an excellent host with great communication. Would definitely book again!”

“The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equiped. The kayaks with the provided lifejackets and paddles were great fun for our daughter and her teens. The lake veiws were beautiful. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.”
