“The first room we stayed in, the shower handle broke- transferred to another room that had a view of electrical equipment ( I reserved & paid for an ocean view!!) I repeatedly asked for a credit or different room, was told a manager would follow up with 0 response!
The grounds are not up kept. The maid staff was very pleasant & friendly.
The breakfast is not actually breakfast, it's cheap muffins & granola bars from 7-9am& 1 pot of coffee.”

“So this stay started out bad when we checked in and got keys to our room, as soon as we entered our room we were hit with a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. I called the front office where I advised them of this and was told all rooms were non smoking and it smells like that in every room. “We really enjoyed our stay at the cresent beach hotel. We were really hoping to maybe find love but instead we were so worried about breaking the bed that we couldn't decide wether we found it or if we would be squashed by the after market 4×4s used to hold the bed up. Please next time bolt the bed to the wall so we can find the love were so desperately seeking. Until next time!”
