“There was no type of breakfast as stated including no coffee. Pillows were completely flat with hardly any stuffing. Asked for 3 more and kindly brought 3 decent ones. Room had carpet and not laminate flooring as stated. AC was not needed it was a cooler day. Shower was decent but only half dollar size soap discs . ”

Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto.
Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati.
Camera 109.
Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva pi ù!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“Everything needed a very good cleaning. The floors seemed sticky…. Attention to detail would make a big difference. The recliner chair was broken when I arrived and although I was booked to stay for a week and called about the matter twice, it was never addressed. Staff was excellent though, did their personal best, and worked very hard. Laundry facilities were top notch. Parking was easy and free. ”

“I don't like the owner--Scott--he will rip you off every chance he gets. We bought 2 chardonnays in the Hilton connected bar area and was charged $12 each and this was basic wine that costs $8 a bottle at the store. Otherwise, the staff was good. The hotel is in need of repair, and they are working on that. The room price was reasonable.”

“Desk staff was great. On site restaurant is where the free breakfast comes in, very good and the waitress is fantastic.
Our room however left much to be desired. Old, broken items, loose toilet seat, wallpaper separating from the wall, holes in the carpet and a broken desk chair, but we persevered. We've seen worse.
We've stayed here many times but the place is starting to show it's age and is in need of renovations.”
