“I was exhausted coming from early morning flights. A customer was ranting and raving about the poor condition her room was in. The staff member didn’t acknowledge me and allowed the customer to complain. The customer finally left after 5 minutes. I found it extremely rude not to acknowledge me. The room floor was sticky. The elevator smelled of rancid piss for a day. I didn’t have enough towels.”

“Staff were very friendly. The beach was having a major project underway which included bulldozers all day and all night for a couple of days . The shower did not properly drain after 2 showers .. the resort overall was very nice. I wish we had been informed about not being able to go on the beach in front of the hotel for several days .”

“The bathroom and the floor throughout the room was filthy. There was hair and sand and it was just dirty.
Our door keys stopped working 3 different days and we were only there for 4 nights.
The room door kept getting stuck and was told they would come fix it, but never did.
We would literally had to slam into the door to get it to open or close.
The pool was very dirty and not cleaned daily as it should have been.
This hotel is very run down, and needs a revamp throughout. The ceiling...

“The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty.
