“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

I could also hear noise from the corridor late at night from other hotel guests. I would have appreciated stricter enforcement of quiet hours to ensure guests’ sleep is respected. In addition, the main hall contained a pool and recreation area, including billiard and foosball tables, where there were many children making...

“To elevator post claims it was recently renovated, but the hallway appears neglected in the room smells unpleasant. There was even a spider in our room and the room keys don’t work so we have to rekey them every day. The only positive aspect is that the beds are firm enough however Parking is a major issue as there’s not enough space. The breakfast was OK.”

“Surprisingly, the nightstands were extremely small; I could hardly place a my telephone and a book on it. Heated toilet seat was more like a barbecue than anything else, so do you job quickly or you’ll get branded on your butts!”
