“Good”

“The place was filthy. Bags over every smoke detector. Missing and burnt out light bulbs everywhere. Adjoining room doors duct taped shut. Broken window latches. Some one already in the first room they gave me, then they were full so I got put in the room with all the breakfast food in the fridge. I don't think a vacuum has ever seen inside this building. A/C plug could not be plugged in to wall because cord didn't match the receptacle. Dead bugs, hairs, and stains throughout the room. Oh, and...

“The hotel was nice. The staff were great! The air conditioner in our room made a pretty loud rattling noise when the air/fan was tuning off so that kept us awake some at night. The fitness room is super tiny. The breakfast area was a nice size and had many choices. Overall a good stay!”

“It’s a large place and likely needs a much larger staff for maintenence. Could take more pride in keeping west patios and pool area in better condition. Pool ladder needs replace for safety and hot tub a little too warm for safety. Rm 236 tub/shower tile in terrible condition. The breakfast staff is so friendly and really doing a great job. Storybook and college events are wonderful draws for people. Ramkota owners should capitalize on this with updates and maintenence.”
