This is only one of several major faults with this doss house we shall never return to. It makes me and my wife sick at the thought of us sleeping in it.”

“We book the hotel, When we arrived at the hotel ,was told they had no rooms available. also they said that they couldn’t find our booking , then said that something may be available at a different hotel, when looked at the place there was no suitable parking . Also the man had not been able to confirm with the hotel, They now say there was a room and have kept our money.”
