“Staff is extremely courteous and accomodating. They were able to provide early check in for my family of 5 with 3 young kids. This is my 3rd year here and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Rooms were extremely clean. Outdoor pool well kept. Very family friendly. ”

“I was surprised upon arrival tha t the hotel didn't really match my expectations for the 200 a night I paid. For my 2 night stay I expected housekeeping to at a minimum refresh the room and provide fresh towels. After a day of shopping and visiting historical sights I was taken aback to find my room exactly as I left it. The walls are very thin as you can hear your neighbor without any problem. Heat in the room consists of a stand alone heater. Would I stay here again? Probably not.”

“This is an older hotel/resort that sits on the hill overlooking Lake George. It has it's own beach and dock area with a sun deck over the dock. The rooms were nice with a great view. Check in was easy. The location is very close to Lake George village. We hope to return at a later date. Highly recommend staying here.”

“Beautiful property in lake George. If you want convenience to be able to walk to where you want to go, this property is perfect. The hotel charm and the history surrounding the hotel was an added surprise. The views from the back patio and pool area of lake George are breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations. We enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come back and stay again!”

“The room & facilities were great. On the day we arrived there was no hot water. We couldn’t take showers for about 4-5 hours and ended up being late for our dinner reservations. When I checked out I informed the staff of hot water issue and was not provided either a partial refund or hotel gift card for a future visit. The hotel should have handled this no hot water issue on Sat night much better than they did.”

“Il personale di questo albergo é molto gentile e disponibile. La nostra stanza era molto carina, ma sopratutto pulita, con un letto molto comodo. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, anche perché questa struttura si trova sulla strada, come tutti Motel, ma é abbastanza riparato ed era tranquillissimo. Una ottima struttura per chi come noi era di passaggio.”

“I expected a separate room since it was a suite, but it was very large and worked well. We had a small dog and we were close to the stairs which worked out great.”

“Unfortunately I got a bad experience with the people next to me Saturday and Sunday morning lot of noise early in the morning,but with kids is really hard to keep them quiet”
