“When we first went into the lobby I could barely hear the person checking us in because one of the machines in the lobby was so loud. When we went up to our room we found that the door was wide open. And all the rooms have exterior doors. This was concerning. When we verified that there was nothing or no one in our room we realized that the room smelled like a damp locker room. Breakfast options included a waffle, cereal, or snack cakes. That’s it. But, I can honestly that I was contacted by the manager which was quite a surprise and she definitely sounded genuine in her concern of my issues.
