“We stayed 4 nights, but at check in, they said they only clean one every four nights. So…I mentioned I never heard of this kind of room cleaning service. I’m use to daily room tidying. So they agreed to do it after 2 nights. Still a little strange. Besides that great staff. ”

“Room was dated with many light fixtures non operational/ dated. The room had a very musty odor that never seem to go away. I accidentally forgot my toothbrush at home and non was available for purchase or complimentary, hotel was out of water (bottled) leaving us stranded overnight without drinkable water. Luckily, there is a great gas station nearby offering great coffee, snacks, and quick bites”

“I checked in I checked in sometime after 11:30pm with my family. The check in process was quite smooth. Upon entering the room, the sofa sleeper was not made, so I had to set it up myself. I called a day or two prior to let them know that we would be 4 people and they said the room that we reserved would be a perfect fit, but I just assumed that since we were arriving later in the evening, the sofa sleeper would be made for us. I was mistaken. I also asked to have noted in our reservation to...

“Slow internet, my carpet was wet, the lady that checked me in had a horrible attitude, kids running down the hall a crazy couple days”

“I chose this stay for the breakfast bar, had I known you had to pay for the buffet I would’ve chose a different location. This wasn’t clear when booking. Otherwise room was clean, would advise to bring own blankets”

“Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was clean, well-equipped. Exterior could use a little sprucing up. Conveniently located, good restaurants and amenities nearby. The management should really encourage the town to clean up the street leading to the evidence, it is full of trash.”
