“I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that.”

“We had a handicap room and the beds were platform low beds, which didn't make much sense for an older person to get out of bed. All the employees were nice but the place needs a refresh and carpet removed in the pet rooms.”

“Carpets and bathroom tiles need to be replaced. Hallway needed vacuuming. TV in 1st room did not swivel and could only be viewed from a rolling desk chair. Storm knocked out tv service for 30-60 minutes. Poor representation of Hilton property. Price was representative of quality. Didn’t stay for breakfast.”

“Put in a nonsmoking room that was covered in smoke and was dirty. Bugs were crawling around and just was not clean”

“Hotel was ok, beds were horrible and breakfast was kind of bland. Always out of stuff and had to wait for her to restock. Pool was freezing and no hot tub like it said there was online.”

“Stayed 4 nights with family of 5 and housekeeping only came once to clean our room throughout our entire stay. Very disappointing experience. Asked for linens to be changed after my daughter spilled ice cream on the bed and they literally dropped off new linens for me to make the bed myself after paying a very expensive amount for the stay. We found a bug in the bathroom on the checkout day. Never returning”

“The hotel is very nice, clean and the rooms are big. The breakfast was excellent, fresh waffle that I loved most. ”

“The double room was very small. The door would not close all the way you could see the light from outside from the side and from under the door room 332. The Blanket had smoke holes in it more than a few and pretty big size. The staff was nice tho. People live there full time- no judgement tho just making a statement .”

“The bathroom was too small. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner at the sink as well as no body lotion. The staff was great. They were sweet and made us feel welcomed.”
