“Hotel is nice but parking is a bit tight if you have a trailer. You are required to park alongside the road in front of the hotel (not in the parking lot).”

Late at night, we had an issue with the toilet, and instead of having someone come to fix it or moving us to another room, we were simply given towels and a mop and told to handle it ourselves. That was not the level of service I expected, especially at that hour. While the staff was polite, the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience.”

“Our stay was OK, nothing to write home about. It served its purpose by providing us a place to stay close to the wedding we were attending the next day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortably. The floor in our room was ALL vinyl flooring making it cold and slick. The seat cushion on the only chair in our room was seriously worn out and needed to be replaced. Our room was very quiet even though the hotel was located close to I25. “My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind.”
