“It is very well located to downtown Athens. There are buses that provide transport around the different colleges. The staff were all pleasant and efficient. There is a small gym which was very convenient. Breakfast was reasonably varied and lunch at the Savannah restaurant was good. Groome airport shuttle stops at the hotel and there is ample paid parking available.”

“Location worked for us BUT….. Check in person did not mention that our rooms would not be cleaned ….. UNLESS…. we asked for that service when we were checking in…. When we asked to speak to the manager…. We were told that it was his day off…. lol!!!! Their breakfast bar was pretty good and otherwise our stay was ok….DJP”

“Wow..just wow! All I can say about this stay was that it was absolutely incredible. Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning. Between the free iced protein coffee beverages and water in the room refrigerator (plus snacks, like protein bars and chocolate!) to a fully, and I mean fully stocked lobby area with complimentary snacks and more drink options than most restaurants have,...

“I stayed at this hotel for two nights while traveling for work and experienced multiple issues that were not adequately addressed. The property appeared to have a high number of long-term residents, with individuals frequently gathered and smoking near the main entrance, which created an unprofessional first impression. The first night was disrupted by significant noise from the room above, making it difficult to rest. Breakfast was very limited. The English muffins were stale, fruit options...

“This was our first time in Athens and Hotel Indigo did not disappoint. It was beautifully decorated and the rooms have a "wow" factor. The beds are comfortable and everything felt clean and well maintained. The front desk person who checked us in was very nice and allowed us to check in early, which was very much appreciated after being on the road for six hours. We had complimentary breakfast vouchers, and it was delicious. We will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again!”

“The room was a mix of new and worn. The sink, faucet the granite counter top were new and nice. The shower was new, but there was nowhere to hang a towel. The chair was in bad shape and worn out. The flooring was new. The lamp on the desk had the wire partially pulled out of the plug so it did not work. The tops of the desk, end table and by the tv was damaged and needed replacing.
