“I had o wonderful time ”

“Room was clean. There was some damage to the door not allowing the swing lock to secure the door. I had booked specifically for the location and breakfast. Disappointed in breakfast. It was continental at best with the option to buy breakfast sandwich from front desk. Perhaps have a toilet plunger in rooms so patron doesn’t have to call front desk basically announcing your bathroom challenges.”

“The carpet and walls in the hallways were definitely worn, but our room was very clean and in good repair. Beds and pillows were comfortable and well cleaned. No complaints. Breakfast had typical options, our family of 5 was satisfied. Coffee was disappointing and smelled/tasted weird. Water was almost undrinkable - BYO Bottled Water!”

“The hot tub was not very hot, the bathroom has some hair on the floor, their could be some maintenance done to the elevator (it made horrible noises). I was charged an early departure fee after I paid in full prior to arriving. We left due to not feeling well and since we live local, we left around 7pm and went home.”

“We have stayed at numerous LaQuinta Hotels on our travels and throughly enjoyed each and every one ! Our recent stay at this LaQuinta was absolutely terrible, firstly, the property has an infestation of German Cockroaches!!! The front desk attendant informed us that they were aware and exterminator has been on site three times in the last week! The hotel needs a lot repair ! In my opinion if you are in Hershey, Pennsylvania find another hotel!! Absolutely disgusting! ”

“The rooms are rather small and the air conditioning did not work well (set at 61 and still too warm in the room). The breakfast was outstanding a big selection of food, the kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. ”
