“I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge...

“I stayed in a handicap room, and the walk-in shower drained out the bathroom door. I did bring it to the front desk's attention. They knew already. I just asked for extra towels to soak up the water everywhere. You can tell they are trying to make it look upgraded but if you look closely, they didn't replace, just painted over items. No pool, but had a washer and dryer. The breakfast was lacking, with not a lot of fresh choices. Forks/knives provided were the cheapest, bent even when trying to...

“Do not judge a book by its cover. They are doing renovation in the area around the hotel. Once you find the small entryway you will see a beautiful hotel. Inside is wonderful. Staff was kind and on top of everything you wanted. Bar in lobby. Food on premises or within walking distance. Grocery store a 1/2 block. We would stay there again. Very clean and quiet rooms. ”

“Clean bedrooms/bathrooms. We stayed in this hotel for one week for a work trip. The breakfast area was clean and provided enough to eat: waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, sliced bread, cereals, oatmeal, milk, applesauce, fruit cups, coffee, tea, muffins, bagles. Cleaning staff will clean upon request and they chance the towels every day. They missed taking the trash every day though, but we told the front desk and immediately they put the request. We didn’t use the pool. Im picky but this...

“Good place to stay”

“Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!”

“I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Open and well lit parking lot near to the entrance. Room was clean, water pressure great. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and gas all nearby. Great staff. Things that need improvement: 1) No closet, just a rack with no hangars and 2) I was on a non smoking floor and the hallway still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room did not, thank goodness. Would definitely stay again”

“Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. ”
