“The room was spotless but loose the mirror in front of the closet; it swings back in front of the bathroom and obstructs the entrance. The breakfast was good. The staff was professional and courteous. ”

“The heater was pretty loud, but everything else was great and very clean. Lady serving the breakfast was very engaging and nice, as were the folks at the front desk both days.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

“The room is clean and spacious. The tub drainage needs to be repaired unless one does not mind to stand in the two inches deep soapy water while taking shower. ”
