“The room was not clean. We had to get our rooms moved to another one because the blankets, toilet, Jacuzzi, and floor was not clean. Moved to next room and had to go buy bleach to do my own cleaning because I could not get a refund. Jacuzzi was broken. Door had been kicked in. Very limited breakfast. Go somewhere else.”

My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. “I have always been very picky about my hotels, and wasn’t certain about booking The Hampton, but I am so glad I did. This was hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a kind, friendly, and helpful staff. While it’s true that this Hampton is not the newest hotel building in the area, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and it was a quiet stay. “Hotel sufficiente”

“I was overall pleased with this hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is decent and I felt safe there. The bedding was terrific. If I were to find flaws, its a little dated, and was clean but not sparkling clean. I am always pleased with breakfast is included because its zero hassle. ”

“Front desk staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. What I really liked was having a room on the first floor without asking. Can't remember the last time I didn't have to take the stairs or elevator. ”
