“Ottima posizione! Camera spaziosa e pulita. Staff gentile e disponibile. Tetto panoramico per godersi il tramonto e bere un bicchiere di spumante offerto dall’hotel. A disposizione il garage a pagamento. Downtown si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. ”

“camera un po’ polverosa pur avendo chiesto le pulizie giornaliere. vista strepitosa dalle due finestre avendo camera ad angolo. colazione avrei preferito a buffet e non sapere all’arrivo che era da acquistare al bar/market dell’hotel (errore di expedia che non lo specifica in quanto all’arrivo nel chiedere ci hanno avvisati subito) soggiorno nell’ insieme che rifarei sicuramente. ”

“The breakfast was decently good on the app Expedia is said check in time was 3 but when arriving to the hotel they said it was 4. We got there about 2:40 and had to wait, when 4 o’clock hit the room wasn’t ready and we weren’t able to check in until 4:20-30”

“I've been going here for years. I drive 4rs to visit family... They're parking policy and pet policy changed. And they didn't tell me until i got there to pay. They are expensive from time to time. But they might lose a customer. Sucks. Extended stay is better prices ”

“Staff was very attentive. We were able to purchase an early check in for one room and the other was ready shortly after. Our favorite amenity was the cold fresh lemon water and breakfast changes. Thanks for a nice stay!”

“There were some cobwebs in the room and you can smell smoke from the fire pit and a loud noise at night that hurt the ears-not sure where it came from-but the restaurant/tavern/amenities was great-Also, I checked out and the guy said that’s it-thanks without putting my name in the system-then I get a checkout email asking if I’ve checked out ”

“The room is very outdated. Toilet is extremely low. USB plugs bedside are so worn out the plug won't stay in. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable ”

“The room was great, but if took nearly an hour to get checked in. A wedding was going on and the line of people checking in was to the door. They left one single person to do all the check-ins and handle guest issues. That was truly ridiculous. We ended up running late for the concert we were in town to attend, due to the delays.”

“Hotels was great! 13 coins restaurant was delicious and convenient. so close to Lumen field and T-Mobile park. secure parking was nice, but pricy due to new laws but would have been more $$ at other places. Staff was great, ask soooo friendly. Elevators were some of the fastest I have been on and pool area / balcony is amazing !! Newer hotel build so it was very clean. Embassy is always a great choice.”
