“There were a few minor issues at check in, however the host rectified the problems immedaotely which led to a wonderful stay. A wonderful property in Burk's Falls.”

“The on site staff were accommodating. When we arrived the fireplace wasn’t working and the room had two portable heaters. We fell into an extreme cold (-36 feels like -44) alert and requested a third portable heater. The staff offered to replace our fireplace while we went out for breakfast. This helped manage the cold for the remainder of the stay.”

“I have stated this property before. But not this exact apartment. My previous experience was better. The host had a housekeeping, scheduling issue, so the host, and I had agreed that I would clean the apartment, change the bedding, do the dishes from the previous renter, etc., for a discounted rate. They did honour it right away. I will not let this determine me from staying there again, because I know what the apartment is and the host is very responsive”

“What a wonderful place to stay! The hose was so welcoming from the first communication and throughout the trip. The property was exactly as described but maybe even nicer in person than the pictures. The condo was super spacious with loads of room in the main room plus the bedroom. And the bathroom! Wow! Definitely spa-like with a seperate tub and shower. Treasure is comfortable to hang out on. Instructions inside for pool and wifi were clear. The bed was super comfy! And the black out curtains...
