“Where do we start? We wanted something comfortable and peaceful for a short getaway and the Streamside Cottage was beyond our expectations! First off, it was very clean but also so cute and charming. Plenty of space for the two of us. Each morning, we had a peaceful breakfast on the deck and enjoyed the sounds of the creek. “Mountain View Escape was one of the best VRBO vacation homes we've stayed in. The cabin was very well appointed with everything you could need including snacks, plenty of linen, and laundry supplies. The location was perfect for us and the property was beautiful with views of the Gunks. Quiet locations and the owners are local and communication with then was easy.”

“This house was perfect for 2adults. The property is well maintained and has more amenities than we got around to using. Great nostalgic decor. Fully equipped kitchen with one appliance missing…a dishwasher. Otherwise a very cozy vacation!”

“We had a nice stay at this charming historic cottage while my daughter and her friend competed at the annual Millbrook Horse Trials over 4 days. The kitchen had everything needed plus they included some extras in the fridge such as filtered water, ice, coffee, etc. We loved to see the chickens running around too. We hope to return next year and book this same place once we have the dates!”

“Diana’s property was the perfect spot to reconnect with old friends. We enjoyed the art, food and music of Woodstock and a side trip to Bethel to check out the Woodstock Museum. Diana’s home was a comfortable place to retreat to after our days of exploring. We would love to make it an annual event. ”

“We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder.”

“Through the neighborhood at the end of the quiet road tucked behind other houses is this lovely, tidy, efficiently laid out, well equipped home. The placement on the lot is perfect making it easy to forget you're only a few minutes from in-town Poughkepsie. This was also one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. Wish we'd found it when our son started college in Poughkeepsie rather than for graduation!”

“I had pleasure of staying at Alysia and Russel’s beautiful and luxurious converted space above the garage surrounded by nature. The space was immaculate and had everything I needed for my three day stay. I came for a weekend workshop at the very nearby Omega Institute. The highlight was the view from the overlook -- breathtaking in the late spring and probably every season! Maureen is a perfect host -- precise directions and instructions, and a level of thoughtfulness that goes above and beyond. I look forward to staying there again! ”
