“Hotel e’ molto bello e comodo. L’unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è che quasi tutto il personale parla molto male inglese ed è stato molto difficile comunicare per noi”

“The whole Thuong Hai team was very welcoming and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The room rate was wallet friendly and breakfast (different egg variations, pan cakes, bread, fresh fruit and coffee/tea) was included. The room was clean and spacious. Would book again 😊”

“Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. ”

“The staff and owner we accommodating. I arrived very early and they were able to clean a room stat to accommodate me. I borrowed their bike and bike around town to see the rice paddies and the locals. Highly recommend to stay here.”

“Absolutely amazing! Room was gorgeous and spotless, Ms Ai and all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Without doubt, this has been the best stop of our trip and I hope Mountain House will let us come back in the future! We had dinner at Mountain House one evening and it was excellent - real home cooked food. Free use of the bikes was great and Ms Ai organised a cave tour and a moped for us. An incredible stay that made us feel truely welcome!”
