“Gorgeous hotel!!! The front desk staff were excellent and the lobby area was beautiful, the restaurant was closed but the “small bites” offered by the front desk were delicious and very reasonably priced. The room was very clean. The only thing was that *every* flat surface in the rooms is wood….the nightstands, tables, console under the TV, floor…and sometimes drinks and ice buckets sweat, and there are no coasters or anything so there’s nowhere to set drinks that you don’t worry about...

“Clean, renovated room. Good breakfast. Very nice overnight stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Only issue was the old electrical outlets in the room that were loose and would not grip/hold the plug when you plug something in (like phone charger.) Phone charger would simply just fall back out of the outlet after you plug it in. These outlets should be addressed as soon as practicable. Other than that, very enjoyable stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. We stayed for two nights on our trip down the Oregon coast and through the Redwoods. It was a great base camp for our adventure around the Redwood Forest. Our kids really liked the Oasis, with the pools and billiard table. “While this was a bit off the beaten path from our trip down 101, its absolutely worth the small diversion. This hotel is charming, accomodating, historic and pretty comfortable. “Perfect stay in walking distance to the cozy centre of Ferndale. Our host Uffe was so nice and he is Dane like us, so we we had some good talk. The apartment was very cozy and decorated in Danish old traditional style. When we woke up in the morning there was Elks in the garten which was more a pleasure for us than for Uffe and his Wife. We will give this cute and quit place our hugest recommendations.”
