“The room was across the hall from a room that they were dehumidifying. The air made our room feel "wet". It was terribly uncomfortable. The receptionist reluctantly agreed to move us to another room only after maintenance came. All he did was turn our air down to 60. That just made the room wet and cold. It was just unbearable. “Brought my nephew for a little getaway. We had a great time at the Hard Rock Hotel. Tons of food options .. though the 12 year old seemed mostly interested in the Sugar Factory (big hit!!) .. enjoyed the pool immensely .. overall great service, friendly employees, beds comfortable .. would choose Hard Rock again!”

“Our room was quite comfortable and slept well. There was no noise in adjacent rooms or the hall and we were next to the elevator. Very nice. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Much more than the hotel we stayed at the night before which was not a Hampton so a plus when we look for future stays we’ll consider Hamptons over other hotel chains.”

Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. “For the location and the price, you simply can’t beat it! There are tons of stores within walking distance. You can see the beach from the parking lot. All of the staff were super helpful and funny. Honestly if you’re looking for something economical, but still nice, I would highly suggest it. It is a little further away from the main casinos on the strip, but I love driving along the coast, so that was fun to me. I normally stay somewhere in Ocean Springs when I come to town (which is often),...
