“I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel. We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm. The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant...

“I had a disappointing experience at the hotel during my recent stay. Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. “Worst place to stay. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I arrived around 10:30 PM, there were several men loitering near the entrance who made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Many occupants appeared to be intoxicated, smoking, or under the influence of drugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for solo or female travelers.”
