“La chambre est spacieuse et le lit confortable mais certains points négatifs donnent une mauvais impression finale : niveau de propreté moyen dans salle de bain /wc , pas assez de serviettes , la bouilloire cassée , la prise pour brancher la bouilloire défectueuse…Au sujet du petit déjeuner du choix limité ”

“Spacious room and good location close to the station and eateries however I didn't like that: - The hand soap dispenser was empty upon arrival - Dispenser next to the shower was unlabeled so confusing. - Pillows felt old and battered, not fluffy - Mattress was hard, made my back stiff”

“Room is a very old non standard footprint but the biggest issue was power, old control panel kept losing power so had daily maintenance repair crews. Hotel was also really old but still needs to have working lights and plugs.”

“No fridge, linen was dirty, towels are very old and cannot even dry the body, no toilet paper, amenities needed topping up, hair on the floor, place not vacummed, smelly room as no windows. Would not recommend this hotel at all..”

“Room was unsatisfactory; the water in the bathroom was yellow, the carpet was unclean, and the furniture was outdated. The only redeemable factor would be the convenient location. Not worth it.”

“Property and room clean, but bedroom to small and bed doesn't fit for two people for western. Feel like sleep inside the box left side is wall and right side window then you have to claim from the in the bed.”

“Arrive 13:20, can't be checked in until exactly 1400...5 fl NO ROOM AVAILABLE?? Terrible!! DON'T DISTURB SIGN ON because the door key was inserted, removing the key, sign off!! I DON'T NEED THEM TO CLEAN THE ROOM, BUT SINCE NO SIGN, THEY GO INSIDE. VERY DIRTY WITH WATER STAINS, TOWELS, MY KITCHEN TOWEL CLEANED THAN THAT.”

“The location is perfect. Close to all the malls and not far from the train station and from the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer you a great service. After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. I will never forget my stay and recommend staying at the Gino Feruci Kebonjati when visiting Bandung. Hope to see you again.”
