“Maintenance could be better: ligt bulb out, shower curtain rod loose. Breakfast not adequate”

“Hit and miss, but overall, positive stay. The beds were very stiff and not very comfortable. However, our stay was during a major heatwave and the AC was glorious. Continental breakfast is as would be expected for the price at this place.”

“The air conditioner made the room stink which resulted in a muggy room at night. The walk way did have an odor . Inside the room is nice. The staff were nice and friendly . The breakfast should've been better . I settled for the instant oatmeal. They did have nets by the fruit which resulted for me to get the instant oatmeal only.”

“We stayed and there are BUGS IN THE BEDS AND BATHROOM SINKS. When notified of the bugs they did not issue any sort of rectification other than a "sorry, we will notify our staff" unfortunately this was our first stay at a Sonesta and we will not return for future stays.”

“Our stay was amazing, one of the Betsy was extremely helpful and so sweet! We had an issue with our door it was some kind of machinal malfunction and she was extremely understanding and quick in helping us figure it out, the room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast tasted amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing! I'll definitely be booking again for my husband and I!”

“We are local but we have an adult daughter living with us so we went to just get away, relax & stay cool while he was on vacation from work. We took our dogs with us and since it was very hot, we would walk the dogs in the yards beside & behind the building and we both smoke cigarettes so we would smoke while out there. “I think this property has a potential to be a three star just by fixing things that are broken like plumbing and air conditioning and grouting. Most important is a more meticulous approach to cleaning the rooms--dusty, sticky, crusty, dingy, and moldy--all not good combinations.”

“I was excited to take my kids to this hotel because it was close to home and looked like it would be a fun family getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. Check-in took over 30 minutes, and when I approached the front desk, the employee walked away for several minutes after taking my ID. After finally checking in, we weren’t given pool wristbands, so we had to wait another 20 minutes before we could swim. The pool was enjoyable until my 18-month-old...
