“The overall experience was great. Very new and spacious. Free parking. All staff are very nice and helpful. It would even be better if the following can be improved: In-room switches - I am not sure if it is the switches ' probelms or my problem but I can never turn it on or off by one time. I have to try several times, with long and short presses before I can turn them on or off. Sometimes frustrating. Swimming Pool and gym - would expect a larger swimming pool or gym. Can be quite...

“ The hotel does not provide sun umbrellas. They do not provide complimentary bottled water. The bathroom has a noisy fan that cannot be switched off. Breakfast and dinner have limited choice. No fruit was available. Some construction works ongoing. The beach is tiny and somehow dirty. Not comparable with Batu Ferringhi”
