“Everything was pleasing. Nice and Clean. The staff showed that they cared. The idiots in the room next door left a dog in their room while they went out to eat. The dog was barking for two hours. The staff responded so quickly and thoroughly to resolve the issue successfully I didn’t need to move my room. Great job by Kelly and Dina!!!”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter. I needed to iron a shirt but the ironing board cover was torn up and held on to the board by a small strip of duct tape. There was mold in...
