“Clean room.”

“The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The air conditioner was so loud, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not somewhere I would stay again for longer than a night, our 3 day stay was...

“Very clean hotel with attentive staff. Parking was a bit tight, but okay. All rooms seemed to be on the 2nd and 3rd floors with the reception desk and breakfast area on the first floor. Beds were comfortable, linens nice. Rooms had carpet.”

“The room was clean 👌, but the hot water was between warm and hot and not much pressure on the shower head. The front desk guy is not very friendly. But overall it was good for the price”

“The bathroom obviously wasn't cleaned. Their was poop on the floor in 2 areas as well as pubic hair in the bathtub. Very disappointed. I have a video. Not sure it's going to let me share.”

“The bar was the best thing about the stay. The bar tender was very nice. Although the older lady working at the front desk was very rude at check in and through out my stay with them. I asked and paid for a king room with a kitchenette but she rudely gave me a standard king room. I will never stay there again!”

“This was a great hotel stay! The breakfast was fabulous, I appreciated turkey sausage served instead of pork. The library/business room was equipped with a large round table where I was able to get some work done on my laptop. A staff member closed the sliding doors to reduce the amount of noise so I could concentrate. I sincerely appreciated that! If I am in Lubbock again I will definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel was in a good location to get to things easily. It was on the feeder, just down from a Walmart, but we didn’t get any road noise! It was quiet and clean. We had a plugged drain in the shower our first night but maintenance came first thing the next day to fix it. My kids enjoyed the pool, and I got good use of the gym. My only problems were that the gym had a single 15lbs weight and a single 20lbs, not a full set. The other issues were that there were no towels by the pool, we had to...
