This elegant lodge offers serene meadow and sea views from the large decking (7 meters by 4 meters) with a tinted glass balustrade. The property features a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and a walk-in wardrobe, a double bedroom and a twin, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area boasts modern amenities like a Smart TV, blue ray/DVD player, comfortable furniture with side tables, large coffee table and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster and a fridge/freezer. Step outside onto the large decking area and soak in the views while enjoying meals or stargazing with drinks. Parking is available adjacent to the lodge.

The lodge is located at Mullacott Park, which is a 31-acre site well-placed for easy access by car to some of the most beautiful spots on the North Devon coast. A regular bus service to Ilfracombe, Barnstaple and Woolacombe beach, stops just outside the Park. Mullacott Park has an on-site shop for groceries and a laundrette. Next to the shop is a pub/restaurant offering a variety of food all day.

Ilfracombe Harbour (just 6 mins drive) is a historic site dating back to the 12th century, and offers delightful shops and galleries, including the renowned Verity statue by Damien Hirst.
