Una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, comodini, armadio e set di cassetti. Camera da letto due ha due letti singoli con comodino centrale, armadio e due set di cassetti. Ogni camera ha un asciugacapelli.

Un bagno attrezzato con vasca e doccia integrate, WC, lavandino, mobiletto del bagno e mensola. Gel doccia e lavaggio a mano sono forniti.

Forno elettrico, piano cottura, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero / freezer, tostapane, bollitore e piano cottura lento. Ben attrezzato con stoviglie / attrezzatura "per otto" e condimenti di base. Panni per pulizia e liquidi forniti.

Il salone ha 2 divani, un nido di 3 tavoli, una tv a vista libera, un lettore dvd con lampade per dare "illuminazione d'atmosfera"!

La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo con 4 sedie e una credenza offre spazio aggiuntivo.

L'accesso al balcone è dal salone.

Tutta la biancheria e gli asciugamani sono forniti all'interno dell'appartamento. Si prega di fornire i propri asciugamani da spiaggia. C'è accesso alle lavatrici e asciugatrici al secondo piano. Costo del lavaggio £ 4 Asciugatura £ 2.

L'appartamento ha un ferro da stiro, piano d'appoggio e stendino, se necessario

Entrambi gli appartamenti sono al 3 ° piano - NO ASCENSORE. Gli appartamenti sono ben attrezzati. Anche se uno accanto all'altro, solo il 2 letto ha un balcone con tavolo e sedie per rilassarsi con un drink o uno spuntino mentre si godono le viste sul mare e guardando i passanti. Cammina fino alla città o al porto storico con negozi, bar e ristoranti caratteristici, tra cui il famoso "No 11 Restaurant" di Damien Hirst! Sotto gli appartamenti si trova il famoso ristorante italiano Giovanni & Luca con prezzi ragionevoli e un'atmosfera incantevole. Da non perdere Di fronte agli appartamenti c'è una funzione "Crazy Golf" per giocare o semplicemente guardare il divertimento! Fai una breve passeggiata al porto per una gita a Lundy Island, pesca d'altura o osserva il viavai, con un gelato o fish & chips! L'altra direzione è il Landmark Theater e oltre, splendidi giardini, scogliere e famose spiagge del tunnel. Vicino alle spiagge ea soli 20 minuti di auto dal paradiso del surf a Woolacombe e Croyde. C'è anche golf ed equitazione nelle vicinanze e il sentiero Tarka per passeggiate e ciclismo più energici. Non esiste un parcheggio dedicato ma i parcheggi sono vicini e le autorizzazioni possono essere ottenute tramite le informazioni turistiche.

The property was lovely and the view from the balcony was spectacular…however the amount of stairs up to the property almost saw us off…but the location was perfect for us…not too far away from the harbour and shops and the various restaurants but not too close either and the local transport was practically on the doorstep…the only things that let the property down were the table in the kitchen/dinning area needs replacing as it’s quite rickety and the fact there’s nowhere to park close to the property over night…we had to park in a street behind the Lidl which is about a 15/20 minute walk away…overall we did enjoy our stay…thank you…xxx💗

Great communication with host from the start. Beautiful, clean apartment with stunning views and perfect location for all local arrractions/restaurants/bars. Would definitely go back and would 100% recommend.

Arriving at apartment location we had no problem finding parking. We used the ropery car park that was only 2.50 a day at this time of year.Having climbed the beautiful staircase to the third floor. (Only an issue one day after a day of hiking hill and dales)We found the apartment was very clean and well equipped.We loved that we could sit and watch the waves crashing from the warmth of the sofa. Location was greatWe did have an issue with water temperature but after emailing host she called directly and instructed me which switch I needed to switch on and having done that had no more issues.The only other problem we encountered was the lack of markings on the cooker which made it difficult to determine temps. If not for these 2 minor glitches we would have given 5 stars across the board.A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view.

We booked this property as we were visiting for a wedding, we needed somewhere to stay mid week for 3 nights. We assumed this would be hard to find in Devon during the summer holidays and it would be extremely expensive, but we were so pleased with the affordable prices, location and allocation for mid week stays (Wednesday - Saturday). The accommodation was within an old building but that didn’t bother us. The property was quite small but we only stayed there in the evening as we were out during the day. Pre-booking taxis is a must if you have places to be / pickups but Loretta was helpful with all this information. We were welcomed with tea/coffee/milk/biscuits, which was really lovely as we arrived quite late. The Wetherspoons opposite was lovely! Had a great roof terrace! Would definitely come back! Thank you Loretta!

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. Right in the center of everything we could ask for. Shops, Restaurants, Cafes and Pubs on your doorstep and a lot of these places could be seen directly from the lovely balcony. Those 52 steps to the top floor are well worth it. I would highly recommend this apartment as many already have. Everything was as described with no issues whatsoever. Communication with the owners was prompt and all our questions were answered. This perfect apartment will stay on my list. We shall return for sure.

We stayed for a weekend break away with our 2 and a half year old grandson. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. When booking the apartment you need to bear in mind it is on the 3rd floor with no lift and there are alot of stairs to climb so you need to have a good level of fitness. One criticism is that we struggled to get hold of the local contact for the property via phone call or message to obtain key codes and Loretta had to come to our rescue and this did cause some unnecessary stress and maybe a rethink in this area would be useful. The property has stunning views and is an ideal location to explore the area. My grandson enjoyed our trip to the Watermouth Family Theme Park and Castle and we would recommend this very reasonably priced attraction. We would definitely rebook when returning to North Devon.

We were unable to stay. We had to find alternative accommodation. Out of date electricity test by 2 years. Moluld on bedroom wall and lounge area. Broken window in 2 second bedroom. On the 3rd floor. Dirty stained sofas. Horrible condition.
