“No 24hr light and the environment not suitable”

“It needs modernising; the air-conditioning unit needs to be replaced, the shower requires replacement, the television is not functioning properly, and the key system also needs updating. I stayed in the ensuite, and I have to say it is not up to standard. Although it is a very good hotel for conferences, it should be upgraded to match its name and reputation.”

“Nice location and great room size. Nice lounge with a good dj and outside atmosphere. But breakfast was botched. The catering staff was totally unprepared for something they do every day or busy weekend. We had to wait an hour for breakfast items to be replaced.
