Hotel vicino a Imagination Place - Gadsden

“The room was clean. They left the pool open for an extra 30 minutes for viewing of fireworks. However, our door key had to be recoded at the front desk 12 times in 8 hours. The door from the lobby to the pool would open out but not let us back in. We were told the key reader was broken and that we could walk around the front of the hotel, through the parking lot and re-enter through the lobby. The cover for the pool chairlift was covered in mold and in need of cleaning. There were four tables...

“Nice clean property and rooms. The breakfast is good and fresh. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great pool and fitness room. Close to everything. We will definitely stay again next time we come into town.”

“This property was one of my favorite properties to stay when I am in Alabama, but this visit was one of the worst. The room was ok but the bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was broken, the tub had stains in it, and the trim strip on the wall by the tub was detaching from the wall. The bathroom did not appear clean. “Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.”
