“Fantastic hotel, conveniently located. Clean & well maintained with friendly, helpful staff. EXCELLENT rates for a weekend stay . Quiet, clean rooms with great air conditioning. Huge parking lot. There is a nice courtyard in the center with chairs/tables & even a gas fire pit - a nice touch that most places don't have - nice for just sitting out, reading, etc. One issue was that there was a wifi problem during stay and we were not able to access it. “Please respond. I’ve written twice w no response. We stayed in room 333 on friday July 10. At about 830 am, a housekeeper knocked on our door we responded No but she barged in the room we were having coffee on patio. She walked through our room to balcony. All our open luggage, money was out. She asked when we were Checking out ? We said 1100. We told all this to your desk manager she was shocked. We did not have time to discuss with housekeeping manager. Please respond.”
