“Our room Was not what we reserved and there was no support from Expedia or Home 2. We had to keep calling for supplies that should have been in the room. We were given a handicapped room and it was a mess trying to babe little kids with out a tub. All the water came out like a flood. No ledge on the shower floor. No help from staff either. ”

“No Breakfast. Bagels for sale for $5/each. Nonsmoking rooms smelt smokey. Toilet splashed whenever flushed. Shower wouldn't drain properly. Towels were dirty before use. Refrigerator was plugged in but didn't work.”

“The air conditioning in the room appeared to not be functioning properly and the room was overheated. The continental breakfast was fresh. The hallways had an odor, the room was clean.”

“There were no forks at breakfast on both days we stayed there, and the toaster was broken. When I asked, I was informed that they got slammed with reservations and didn't have any. The breakfast setup was very tight for such a large hotel. Also, the pool was closed, which was disappointing and not noted anywhere. There are so many hotels in the Parsippany area, so I will not be staying here again. ”

“Very helpful, was able to check in early. Did not clean room every day, make sure to ask for clean towels in you are staying for a couple of days. ”
