“The hotel is right next to Uno Station, and having a convenience store nearby made it extremely convenient. Everything in the room was high-quality and thoughtfully selected, with a great sense of style that made the space feel very comfortable. The staff spoke excellent English and provided warm, polite service. The nearby Tama no Yu onsen was amazing and truly one of the highlights of the stay.”

“It’s good in terms of its affordable. If you are looking for a budget hotel, that would be a very good choice, onsen is a bit crowd for men, but for women is good, breakfast is fair and free curry rice at night. Be aware if you make the booking of universal room, no bathtub inside and it’s at G/F. I would recommend paying a little bit more to get a better room”

“予約済みでこれからチェックイン、という時に急いで問い合わせたいことができて代表番号にに電話をしましたが、自動音声になって「宿泊の予約はインターネットで…」のようなトンチンカンな案内をされたのがとても不便だった。 その他清潔、スタッフさん、部屋や大浴場、素敵でした。 コテージに宿泊しましたが、眺めがきれいで赤ちゃんへの備品も充実していてびっくりしました。”
