“Overall great place, great location particularly if you visit Newport on the Levee. Only detail we didn’t care for was how thin the walls seemed. We could hear our neighbor’s TV late into the night and early in the morning. Aside from that, it was great. ”

“Parking is pricey. No discount if staying multiple night. Cheapest toilet paper know to man. One of our bathroom doors was almost impossible to shut. Pool was so over filled that when a child got in, water ran over the sides. Water coming up through skimmer basket flooding the floor, very dangerous just walking. Reported the issue and nothing came from it. Truthfully, I’ve stayed in Choice Hotels, that were every bit as nice and had better toilet paper.”

“They have issues with getting rooms ready by 4 PM check in. This is my first and last time I will ever stay there. I checked at 1:30 PM to see if my room was ready and it wasn’t, dropped my stuff off came back at 3 PM and still not ready, had to point out to them it was 3:54 PM since they want to say check in is not till 4 PM that’s when they decided to move my room. Front desk in particular one gentlemen is terrible. Although they gave me a voucher for dinner and breakfast (however had already...

“When we checked in our A/C was out and it was 85 degrees in our room. Staff was very quick and efficient with immediately moving us to a new upgraded room. We received a grocery delivery while we were there and the front desk had it brought to our door before I even knew the order had been delivered. We always enjoy our stay at the Westin. Perfectly located for ballgames and the staff is top notch ”

“The breakfast was not good and the "pool" was extremely small. The staff was friendly and the hotel and rooms were clean.”

“I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. ”
